WebAh, I downloaded the most recent Reaper and the most recent VLC (except for beta builds if those are available). In combination with that old FFMpeg from '12 everything works just fine. Can't export to mp4, but .mov works fine for me and I can export with 24 bit PCM audio which sounds good to me. WebYou choose "MP3" from the "Output format" item on that screen.
