I'm using the 4gb patch, NVAC, NVSE, JIP, Tick Fix, sorted with LOOT, the works. I've attempted CoC Goodsprings and it didn't work, same crash. Here's my crash log and mod load order.

WebGet rid of MMUE, get YUP, and run LOOT, that load order is a mess.. Also Fellout and Nevada Skies can't be used together, it's redundant, as the color is overwritten by NS's colors. NukaCola-Ojo causes a lot of lag, delete that and the mesh for the vending machine if you notice you're losing frames when you look towards the gas station.
