WebDec 9, 2014 · I am glad the sertraline is working for you. I suffered with terrible tiredness for weeks, maybe even a couple of months when I first started Sertraline. I would fall asleep in the afternoon and then sleep a whole night and then sleep in until 10am but over time it became less and less. WebI started sertraline and the first 5 weeks were terrible. I could only lay in bed with a HR of 100/m, feeling anxious and didn't eat for 2 weeks. After 5 Weeks I wanted to stop because I had never felt so horrible in my life. 2 days later it happened. I woke up and I didn’t feel that bad anymore. And the next day again. And so on.
