WebJan 31, 2024 · It's NOT a mod problem. I disabled all mods (except 25 tiles, otherwise my city won't function properly) and ran the game for a few months. The same problem occurs in the latest patch. But when I load the same city in a pre-Airports game, the death wave passes without incident.
